David W. Dozier
Founded NWA Sales & Marketing Group, Inc., in 2003, a Bentonville, Arkansas based company providing manufacturers with headquarter sales and analytical support, consulting, merchandising and marketing services to Walmart Stores, Inc., Before founding NWA Sales & Marketing Group, David was Team Leader of the “Advantage Sales & Marketing” office in Bentonville from its inception in 1999 with one client and growing it to a market force by 2003. In 1990 David moved to the Bentonville area joining “CrossMark” Brokerage Company as an Account Executive, within five years he was promoted to Senior Vice President over four divisions. He was the first person to start a retail service division dedicated 100% to merchandising in Supercenters. David has over 30 years of experience which includes working for three national manufactures; Nestle (Regional Manager), Frito-Lay (Regional Manager), and Colgate-Palmolive (Area Manager). David received his BS degree in business from USM in 1980.
Robert Harper
Has a diverse and well integrated background in CPG beginning with Walmart Home Office in the Store Planning Division where he spent seven years gaining extensive experience in store operations, merchandising and marketing. He then accepted a position with CrossMark Brokerage Company where he was promoted up to Vice President over four Special Markets Divisions that he helped build from the ground up. Robert then moved on to Colgate Palmolive where he worked his way up to a National Accounts Manager position. His most recent position before joining NWA Sales & Marketing group, was Vice President of Sales U.S. for Elmer’s Products. Robert has called on most of the major retailers in the U.S. and has extensive broker management experience.
Pete Netzel
Served as Senior Vice-President of Walmart International with responsibility for all food merchandising and operations outside the United States. He also served on the Walmart Executive Committee and was actively involved with Walmart’s acquisition activities and market research.
Pete retired from Walmart in 2005. In his 17 years with Walmart, Pete was responsible for leading several key initiatives that have established Walmart as a leading worldwide retailer.
David G. Polk
David Polk is an experienced globally minded top food merchandising executive with extensive experience in retail food sales, merchandising, new market strategy, business development, brand/category management, promotions, market analysis and retail pricing. David retired in 2006 as Vice President of Pricing and Inventory Management for Walmart International. Prior to this assignment David was Vice President of International Food Merchandising for 13 Walmart International countries from 1992 to 2005 beginning with the first Supercenters outside of the United States in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Indonesia and China. Other assignments David has held within the food retail industry include Sr. Vice President Sales and Marketing for the Phillips Company, Arkansas largest privately held retail food company and President, CEO, M&M Food Stores, Savannah, Georgia, a division of the Kroger Co.
